Hand Shape:

Begin with flattened "O" hands, finish with cupped "B" hands.

Motion:

Touch fingertips of right hand to forehead while holding left hand slightly lower and to the left of your right hand. Your left hand should also be a little further away from your face than your right hand. Palms should be toward your face. Move both hands down and away from your face, changing the hand shape as you do (see above). Finish with palms facing upward, fingertips pointing away from your body, with your left hand still slightly lower and farther forward than your right.

This sign can be done starting with thumbs in the "A" position instead of "O". Sometimes when using this sign in the context of obedience to God, the hands are swept slightly upward instead of downward (i.e. it is modified directionally [See Variation 1]).
